This is a multi-faceted role with a focus on building and managing relationships with potential clinicians and external agencies, as well as providing continual support to clinicians already engaged within the organisation.
This is a pivotal role within the management team and will be well supported internally.
You will have strong relationship building skills as well as an engaging personality. We are looking for a recruiter that displays maturity and confidence with an eye for detail. You will also need to be able to prioritise tasks and confidently manage internal workflow expectations.
Two or more years of related medical recruitment experience is essential, as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Relevant tertiary qualifications would be essential. Strong organisational and time management skills will be required to manage this extremely busy role.
You will work directly with the senior management team, as well as participating in weekly management/strategy meetings. Flexible working hours are on offer for the right candidate as well as a negotiable commission structure.

Salary is negotiable, based on qualifications and experience. Anticipated salary range is $80,000 – $90,000, plus commission incentives and Superannuation contributions for the right candidate.
