Dr Scott Kitchener served in the military from a scholarship in medical school through to in the Middle East, Bougainville and Timor Leste. During this time he qualified as a General Practitioner and Public Health Physician.
He completed doctorate la in tropical medicine and vaccine development including a postdoctoral placement in Cambridge afterwards. After his adventures, Dr Scott returned to rural medicine in Australia and has worked in this field for around twenty years now, recently resettling in Brisbane.
