Peachtree Perinatal Wellness is an organisation developed and run by mothers who have personal experience with perinatal mental illness. They provide understanding, acceptance, education and support to minimise the impact of perinatal mental illness. Peach Tree provide a safe and non-judgemental space where parents can be honest about their parenting experience and gain support from other parents.
Peach Tree aims to help new and expecting parents through the possibility of perinatal mental illness by listening and supporting them through this journey. Peach Tree also provides those likely to be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD or postnatal psychosis that is related to pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood to access further support services beyond their group sessions.
Peach Tree run a variety of sessions at Health Hub Doctors Morayfield including playgroup, peer support groups, peer zone workshops, baby song time and sunshine parenting programs.
These programs are running on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at Health Hub Doctors Morayfield from 9:30am-2:30pm.
