As many would be aware successive governments have failed to increase Medicare rebates in line with the rising cost of providing medical care. As a consequence, many doctors have been transitioning to a private billing policy over the past few years to maintain standards. We’ve remained committed to providing essential services, particularly during the challenging times of COVID-19. Our priority is delivering the highest quality medical care to our patients, while also maintaining acceptable wait times, exceptional doctors, alongside excellent services and facilities.
To maintain this level of care and expand our services further with the rising costs of general practice, we’ve updated our fee structure. Our dedicated reception staff are working hard to keep patients informed throughout this process.
