Dr Christian, an Ophthalmologist who after many years of treating complex eye diseases using her medical & surgical skills have now diversify her career in skin cancer, paediatrics & women’s health. To utilise her unique set of skills in general practice, she has achieved Diploma in Child Health, Professional Diploma in skin cancer medicine and FRACGP with many years of hospital clinical experience in Australia. She has worked in private practice both overseas and in Australia. While working in various tertiary and trauma hospitals across NSW and QLD health Australia, Dr Christian has gained experience in various clinical areas such as General medicine, Emergency medicine, Intensive care, Cardiology, Respiratory, Plastics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Psychiatry.

Dr Christian is also an academic & OSCE examiner for UQ School of Medicine since 2010. She has also supervised & trained many registrars in clinical settings. She is actively involved as a clinician-scientist since 2010 with research degree qualifications of MPhil & Clinical PhD and scholarly research work published in specialty medical journals. Dr Christian has presented at national & international conferences.

Dr Christian has a special interest in Child’s health and Skin Cancer medicine inc. surgical excision, ocular medicine, Minor Trauma & urgent care. She is also interested in Women’s health inc. antenatal care, mental health & chronic disease management. In her spare time, she loves exercising, relax & recalibrating with calmness & tranquillity of the seashore, indulge in fine dining at diverse cuisine, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr Christian follows a MIXED billing policy. Children under 10, Pension Card Holders and DVA Gold Card patients will be BULK billed. Health Care Card Holders will be PRIVATELY charged. 

Skin Cancer procedures and other surgical procedures billing will be decided by doctor after initial consultation.
