Dr Ali graduated with a Medical Doctorate from the Gondi Shapour University in Iran in the year 2001. Studying and working in busy hospitals led him to gain a diverse array of exposure in medicine. Immediately after, he started a job as a dedicated GP and has continued doing so ever since. He is currently a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners of Australia.
Apart from general aspects of medicine, Dr Ali has an interest in managing chronic conditions, paediatric health, infectious diseases, men’s health, ENT, renal diseases, emergency medicine, ophthalmology, mental health, and musculoskeletal diseases. He has a special interest in minor surgical procedures. Dr Ali also manages work injuries and various pre-employment medicals.
Dr Ali has successfully completed the Certificate of Dermoscopy and the Certificate of Advance Skin Cancer Surgery from the Skin Cancer College of Australia.
Dr Ali’s prime passion is in skin cancer management including diagnosis, medical treatment, and moderate to difficult surgical interventions such as skin flaps and grafts. With skin cancers, he first focuses on eradication of lesions, and then the best possible cosmetic outcome, which he works out to achieve using the legacy that the capital of cosmetic surgery (Iran) has left for him.
Outside of work, Dr Ali enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and 2 daughters. As a keen archer, he never aims low, especially when the target is far.
