We are pleased to announce that Nurse Practitioner Jyotsna Chaudhari will be joining us at Health Hub Doctors Morayfield.

Jyotsna possesses a strong record of performance as a health care professional. She completed her Masters of Nurse Practitioner in December 2021 following ten years of clinical experience as an advanced practice nurse at an internal medicine unit at Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Along with assessment, diagnosis and management of simple medical conditions and routine scripts, Jyotsna has a special interest in the management of chronic disease conditions such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and chronic heart failure.
